dogmamabling Hi Jenelle, how about doing a bundle since you like so many things in my closet? If you make an offer on items individually then you have shipping on each item and each item needs to be shipped separately. I hope this makes sense. dogmamabling @russian1818 Hi Jenelle, no worries I can help you. Welcome to Poshmark! When you are on a listing, at the bottom you have the option to: like; comment; share and add to a bundle. When you are shopping from the same closet you can keep adding to the bundle. When you are done bundling, then you and the closet owner can do your negotiating for a deal. That way multiple items you want to purchase from the same seller can go all together with one shipping. Hopefully that makes sense.

dogmamabling @russian1818 Hi there, I’m glad you got them all. You bought all medium except one you bought was a small. What size do you normally wear? There is nothing that can be done if something doesn’t fit but I can offer you a credit to use in my closet for your next purchase. cerealseller @russian1818 Hello. I am so sorry that the top I sent did not fit you. I'm willing to refund you the money, but a one star review, when I am a 5 star seller really hurts my business. It's not my fault that it did not fit, and I'm willing to send you something else, or refund the money, but please update the rating. Put yourself in my shoes. I sold you what you wanted, but how is it my fault that it didn't fit.

I send what you ordered in a timely matter. It was wrapped nicely. How was I to know that it would be too small for you? You did not ask for measurements, which I would have been happy to give.

cerealseller @russian1818 You can pick anything in my closet, and I will measure it, and send it, but my husband is out of work and we have 6 children, and this is our only income. One star will damage things for me. Tell me what to do to fix it, I'm willing to. I'll pay for shipping for you to send it back, but I literally made $2.00 of off this top, and it's not worth the credibility that I am losing, when I did nothing wrong. Please let me know what to do. Thank you in advance.
