nathanialsmom Hi Jenia, Thanks for purchasing the Kathy bag. I was getting ready to ship out your bag & realized there’s a bit of wear on the shoulder straps & missing RS on the front snap (it’s so shiny, I didn’t notice). I try to list any issues in the listings but I didn’t notice until packaging. I can cancel this order, if you’d like. I apologize for my oversights. If allowed, I will edit this post. nathanialsmom Update...it will not allow me to edit a “sold” listing. If you look at the one photo, enlarge it, you can see the 3 missing Rhinestones. I really don’t have good photos of the straps though. :(
