lgl123 Hi Jenifer, thank you so much for your interest in the Nine West black boots!! I wanted to let you know that in order to get the free shipping you had to bundle that item by itself before you purchase it. When you bundle it that enables me to then give you a private offer and I would’ve been able to give you free shipping. In the actual listing I advertised that this was the case: “bundle item for get free shipping.” I’m so sorry if that was confusing.
