kampjen @t_tatiana hi. Please do not ship the shoes back. You have to file a return request through Poshmark but the return rules state that something not fitting does not qualify for a return. You can still ask but this was in the rules specifically. I have no way of issuing you a refund if you ship them back because no funds have been released to me. Poshmark would have to approve and issue you a refund. So sorry. I wish I could help more but I can’t do anything since you’ve received the item.

Your shoes are good, but I need to resell them ... I wrote you for the same reason, but for you the main thing is to sell (money) (decency must be in everything, even in trade, everything will return boomerang)

kampjen @t_tatiana I was trying to help you. If you had filed the return request with them, they would not have automatically completed the order. They would have processed your request. Once you had the item I had zero control. Your rating is unfair because I explained filing the return. You told me you had done that so I was waiting for Poshmark to send me a notice about the return claim. I never received one so there was nothing I could do.

t_tatiana @kampjen if you explained situation for posh mark and agree for return...can be done .... I believe that you didn't write for them anythink...they send me email that you wanna claim them, because order status still not accept

kampjen @t_tatiana they send out email reminders to accept items that have been pending to give you a chance to accept or request a return of the item before they automatically complete it. I did not have them send that email.

kampjen @t_tatiana I cannot request the return for you. You have to do that on your end. I emailed them and let them know you had an issue with the fit and were wanting to return and they replied back that you as the buyer had to reach out to them. I cannot request a return on my end. I can only let them know there is an issue and I did that.

kampjen @t_tatiana I have sent another message to support to help with this issue. Please reach out to them and file for a return. I cannot buy back from you directly because Poshmark took 20% of the sale. It would need to be processed through them so that if they approve it, they refund their portion and then deduct the other portion from me. I did not make what you paid. Poshmark took 20%.

kampjen @t_tatiana please file a return request through Poshmark. I have asked support that if they can grant you a return to do so. I don’t know if they will but I’ve told them they could. For your part you have to go and make the request. I cannot do that part. It protects us both by going through their process. It insures that you get your money back and that I get the shoes back. I am a nice person just trying to sell some things to help my family.
