jrewing1381 Hi! I bought the Chanel sunglasses from you and unfortunately as of today, I still have not received my order. Upon tracking, it hasn’t given me any more info in the recent days.. even w the holiday last week, I wld have thought I’d receive them as of now. How can we rectify this ? This has taken too long :(

jensawitch @jrewing1381 Hi! I just checked USPS and it does say it will arrive "later than expected" but that it is in transit to the facility near you. I'm not sure what can be done at this point. I sent it right after you purchased it. I'll keep tracking it though.

jrewing1381 Morning. I just spoke w USPS and the package hasn’t even made it into the state of Massachusetts, where I am located. They also told me I should have received the item last Wednesday 1/2. So I have contacted Poshmark asking for a full refund bc I never received the item and it cannot be found nor giving me any further tracking info. So at this time, I just want to be refunded. This is going on week 2. 😣

jrewing1381 @jensawitch hi! The USPS contacted me few minutes ago saying they opened a “search request” for the item as it appears it never left Anaheim, CA. I’ve reached out to Poshmark twice now w no calls received. I just don’t understand why I cannot be given a refund for something I never received n that was lost in transit 😔 so disappointing. I’ve only purchased a few things off this site and never had issues before now. Any thoughts on what we can do from here as I’m new to all this

jensawitch @jrewing1381 I have never had this kind of situation either. I wouldn't want to issue a refund until I have assurance from Poshmark that the shipment is on it's way back to me or at your place and you are sending it back. I will look to opening an inquiry as well. So sorry this is happening!

jrewing1381 @jensawitch it’s not ur fault. I guess these things can happen. USPS will be in contact w me in a few days as well and if the label is scanned or moving, the tracking will be updated. Prolly why it hasn’t been updated since 1/2/19 bc it never left Anaheim they said. No tracking info is available unless package is scanned.

jensawitch @jrewing1381 It shows it was scanned in Huntington Beach and was sent to Anaheim. It's got to be there somewhere or someone stole it after it arrived in Anaheim. Let's KIT.
