jennhiestand @hellea 🙃 it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone at the post office but I’ve created a case and sent an email so I hope to get a response some time this year lol. Good thing is that we can see it was scanned with USPS twice so it’s on them now. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back. Thank you for being so patient!!!
