Been in family since grandparents bought it in 1946 from original builder (ca 1890). Mom was only child and she passed, so it technically is in my dads name, but I am also only kid. Hubby and I are prepping to move there asap from Old Town, Alexandria. Bleck! Can’t stand it here!

But Jtown isn’t not exactly most appealing place to move. Haha! Plus job situation at time would have been a problem. It’s the ONLY thing I can thank covid for —Now we both have jobs allowing us to live there & work elsewhere.
