marciesmama Hi I just received the label to return the clogs that were the wrong size. Will I be able to have the correct size (Euro 38) sent to me or do I need to repurchase? Never had this happen and not sure how to proceed.

mbfc_fargo @marciesmama hello, I am sorry for the confusion. I haven’t had this happen to me either but I only had the EU 37 left available which Poshmark lists as a size 7 in their sizing for posting and item. I look forward to getting the item back and I am sure Poshmark has let you know how to proceed. I will have to research this as well. If you have any further questions, please let me know!

volley65 Hey there, I see I am not the only one who had an order canceled… I ordered the champagne colored coach purse and it was canceled with no explanation. Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your closet so you don’t sell things that you no longer have or can’t find? I am a very understanding person so not a huge deal but a follow up message to the buyer apologizing goes a long ways. 🤷‍♀️Happy poshing!
