echoey13 I just bought a Diane von Furstenberg dress from you last year. I never liked it, so I never wore it. That is a risk with Poshmark. Recently, I decided to sell it. However, upon photographing it, I learned there is red staining about two inches wide around the armpits. I cannot in good conscience do that to another buyer.

_professionista @echoey13 You purchased the DVF dress from me in Nov 2017, which was 14 months ago. I’m not sure if you’re aware but if you receive an item that has something wrong with it you have 3 days from the date you receive it to file a complaint with Posh so that they can review your claims and issue a refund if there is validity. To resolve this particular issue, you can list the dress and take photos of the “red spots” and provide potential buyers with an accurate description.

echoey13 @_professionista I never said I was within the return time. I put it aside because I was disappointed in the item and didn’t have time to sell it until now. You can see the red stains under the arms in the photo of your ad - now that I know about them. Yet you claim it was “like-new”. I recognize I am too late. I’m just super disappointed in the fact that you would sell such a dirty item.
