aarenpalmer Your case has been approved. Again, I never meant to “ offend” you. Most people appreciate “ extra items “ and honestly one would think that if a person received an extra item in their shipment that they did not want, they would just give it away, or donate it, or trash it. So, please return all items at your earliest convenience and in the condition that they were sent to you.

romanov7 Hey Jenn. As you might remember, I bought your Rue 21 pea coat with the leopard pint lining and absolutely love it. I remember how nice, helpful, and communicative you were, and of course, remember the pictures of your furry family members, and wanted to stop by to wish you and your three kitties a very Merry Christmas! You did a great job at removing the cat fur, btw. I'm moving back up north in a couple of months, so the coat will get lots of use for sure.
