@aislinn247 Jenn, I am absolutely shocked that you opened a case to say the shoes aren't real. They are 100% authentic. Take them to ANY loub store in the country and they will tell you. They were purchased at Barneys New York for a lot of money. They're real. Fake shoes don't have real leather and suede and detailing like that. I spent my hard earned money on those shoes and would never ever ever rip someone off

I am a very honest person. What you're doing is wrong because the shoes are real and you're questioning my integrity that a) I would ever buy anything fake and b) that I would sell something and say it's real when it's not. In fact those shoes were authenticated by LGS last year because I was planning to sell the shoes at their sites and they would never ever take something fake

Hi Stephanie, I sincerely apologize for offending you. After questioning the authenticity I checked out your closet and saw that you have been a dedicated seller for quite a few years, and that you do have other authentic items with good feedback. The last thing I want to do is tarnish your reputation or offend you.

When I received the order, I was skeptical. This is my first pair of Louboutins and so I've done a lot of research. I'm so nervous about getting ripped off! Based on measurements of the logo and the binding of the bottoms, it truly made me question the authenticity. It was an honest mistake.

I'm not sure what the policy is on claims or returns. If these are authentic, I will gladly keep them and write a letter to retract my claim.

@aislinn247 I am just seeing your response now. POshmark will not release my money for the shoes until the case is closed. You can try and contact them or go into case and try and cancel the case, but they are impossible to contact. Please try from your end to do that. I can assure you that the shoes are real. Look up CL "Galata" pumps and they're all over the Internet.

@aislinn247 Poshmark has millions of sellers and they don't take the time to read claims or even deal with these things. Chances are they'll make you send me back the shoes and give you a refund once my package of the shoes has been received by me. There is no reason you should have worried they are fake. Many people on here probably sell fake but I don't and Eveything I own is real. Please go into the case you opened and try to find where it says cancel case, if there even is that option.

@aislinn247 They won't listen to a letter. They are going to move ahead and make a decision. It's a computer doing it - not a person. If they decide you must send them back to me, they expect shipment within 2 days and they track the package. You didn't wear the shoes right?

No they have not been worn. Have you heard back at all? I️ tried to undo the claim but there’s no option. When confirming the order, it says that a claim is being processed. How do you know it’s a computer?

Hi Stephanie, I haven't heard back from Poshmark yet. I looked into their customer care center and it says that all messages are reviewed by a live person. I figured, because they make you take pictures verifying your claims.
I've been checking my account and email daily. I'll contact you as soon as I hear from them. On a side note, I did take the shoes to a dealer. She said that she has no reason to believe that they are fake. I added this info to my message to Poshmark.

At this point, I already have the shoes and the money has already been taken from my bank account. The only other step is to release your money to you.
I assume that Poshmark will drop the claim when they see my message.
