paradoxfound Hi! I’m glad you got your dress and that you like it. I try to follow up with unsatisfied buyers to make sure I do a better job in the future. Aside from the fact that the dress is too small for you (might I suggest asking for measurements next time), what could I do to improve the 1. Item cleanliness 2. Ship time (3 days), 3. Packaging, and 4. Seller Responsiveness. All of these things were checked off, but I’m having a hard time understanding why? Thanks in advance for helping me clarify

mtgrizgirl07 @bootstrapbettie definitely not unsatisfied! Very excited about the purchase. Just wanted to note that reasonably that dress would be between a small and medium due to how short each side that wraps is. Typically a wrap dress’ layers would overlap more! I will likely wear that more as a coverup than a dress due the slit opening up more in the middle...no one needs a show lol I should have also paid more Attention in the pictures how the slit sat. Everything you did was great! :)

paradoxfound When you accepted the package, there’s an option to check off things that need improvement. You checked off 4 of them stating the item was in some way not clean, arrived late, was not packaged to your standards and that I am lacking in responsiveness. I’m just tryin to figure out why
