Any fragrance or perfume that contains alcohol can be shipped domestically but not internationally. Perfumes may not be shipped using air transportation – they must be shipped ground.
Priority Mail is the standard domestic air service for USPS. Packages are delivered within 1-3 business days with tracking in the lower 48 states.
