jalevi @marciedawn31 Hi! To be honest they smell horribly of cigarette smoke and I have to keep them in the garage the smell is so strong. I can not use them.

marciedawn31 @jalevi really? I had the boots in a box in my garage. I have never had any problems with anything that I have sold. My rating is 4.8 but I have more 5 stars then anything. I am a big fan of communication but there was none. Not even when you got them, I never heard from you except that you filed a case against me. It took me by surprise. I even contacted posh today but they couldn't tell me anything. I have never heard of shoes smelling like smoke.

marciedawn31 @jalevi they were used, they were not new. I did wear them outside. I only wore them maybe a handful of times. This is a complete shock to me but it is what it is I guess. I'm fairly new to this site and things were going good until tonight. I guess I will have to add a comment or something to this case. I'm not familiar with this whole process

jalevi @marciedawn31 I'm new to the site also which is why it took a few extra days because I didn't know what I was supposed to do. I kept getting emails from posh saying to open a case if I need to return so that's what I did. I didn't even know you messaged me until I responded because I'm still not used to how this site works.

jalevi @marciedawn31 The item looks like the picture they're super cute boots. It's just the smoke smell is very very strong I promise I wouldn't be saying that if it weren't the case. I know in the future to ask whether an item has been in a smoking household but didn't realize that because I've only been on the site for about two weeks.

marciedawn31 @jalevi well..all I can tell u is that they were not kept in the house. They were kept in a box in the garage until I brought them in to take a picture. I guess we will just have to wait and see what posh says. This has never happened before so I was stunned. I'm not even sure of the procedure of claims.
