I'm messaging you in reference to the silk Bebe dress you purchased from me. The dress has been cleaned, but it has like looks like a smudge close to the bottom of it on the front. Silk is so hard to do anything with and it's kind of hard to say but I will not ship anything out unless it is in absolute perfect condition. (Continued)
