prettyparcels I have a question for you about sales, if you don’t mind giving me a little advice. Someone just bought an item in my closet and I accepted. I went to look in their account and it’s really bare. No closet, no “meet the posher”, etc. But there is a picture and 1 love note given. Do I have to worry about this being a fake account and getting scammed?

jclynn17 @prettyparcels yes ofc! I wouldn’t worry about that because typically once the offer / purchase is made or accepted, posh has already debited the money from the buyer. So that amount of money won’t “disappear” once package is received by the buyer. I know there are some folks on the app who are only buyers so I wouldn’t think too much of it! If there ever is an issue with payment, then the purchase won’t even go through.

jclynn17 @prettyparcels I’ve accepted offers where then I get a message like “buyer needs to update their CC info.” And then the item will only be actually purchased once the payment is confirmed! Hope that helps :)

cowgirl1944 Please be careful ordering from this seller. She would not send my order after numerous request to her. She would not respond at all either with me or Poshmark. Placed order on May 18th just canceled that order. Being she is a Posh Ambassador I thought she was a reliable seller, evidently not.
