Hi there! Thank you for your purchase! I wanted to give you an update on shipping ( or try to I should say ) I’m not quite sure what the issue is to be honest, this has been the only negative experience I have ran into so far with USPS. Your purchase was picked up Friday by USPS. I noticed it had not started tracking but assumed because of Labor Day weekend that was the delay. Tuesday morning I called and never did receive a answer or a call back but finally that evening it started tracking.

Now today I see that it has not left its last location and has been there for two days. I called them they were no help. Now I just noticed is has updated to has departed to its next location. I am so sorry I am not sure why or what is going on. I am hoping there is not any more set backs and it arrives soon! I feel so terrible about this. And will continue to keep my eyes on the tracking.
