gachebe hello, I'm trying to get in touch with you about an order I made. I accidentally used my old address and it's not letting me update, but support created a new shipping label that I can send you. not sure how to get it to you, though....

simplystyleco @gachebe so unfortunately it will have to be updated through Poshmark. When the post office scans the label the address automatically comes up so it's not something I can just change. I will keep your item and have it ready to ship. If you contact Poshmark customer service they should be able to help you change the address. Once I get the updateed address I will ship it. Thanks for letting me know and I will anticipate the new label coming to me :-)

simplystyleco @richardlemoine I was confused about this when I joined Poshmark too. It is a selling and social app where you follow people and share each others items. If you're just here to buy items, you don’t need to worry about all of the following. You can change settings so you don't get notifications. The more interaction you have with the platform the more exposure you get for sales. Hope that helps!
