jcmills555 @maridalys hello thank you. I just posted some items and every single item had someone comment spam. Is there a privacy setting I need to add? I just reported them for now. Looks like they were removed shortly after I did.

maridalys @jcmills555 unfortunately, there isn't any sort of setting against spam. However, once you get those comments , if you flag them (click on the little flag) posh is usually really good about removing those comments within a few hours. They suck, I am Sorry about that.

maridalys @jcmills555 also a little tip, your items are great but the pictures look a little cropped. Try using an app with a 1:1 ratio picture taking capability. Or if you all ready have the photos , try using an app such as square photos to square the photos but not actually crop them .

jcmills555 @maridalys thanks, I took all the photos today but the app is not allowing the whole picture to be used, it’s cropping them.

maridalys @jcmills555 yes because all photos on posh need to be on a 1:1 square ratio. If they're not , it Willa utomatically crop them. To mitigate this you need to take the photos using a 1:1 app or setting on your phone. Or you can get an app such as squarephoto to make them square without cropping them. Also shared your listings :)

wendyboynton Hey lady. You just purchased a pink top from me. As I was wrapping it up I noticed a pin size spot on the back side low on the hem. I posted a pic for you to see. I would like to send it to the cleaners before mailing it OR I can send it to you as is and offer you 40% off another item in my closet. Please let me know what you want to do ASAP so I can take down the pic. Thank you. (It looks like an ink spot but it seriously is the size of a pen point.)

maridalys @jcmills555 it's kind of complicated to explain but you go into their profile and then create on the bundle icon to the right. Then click on the three dots and switch to sell view . Scroll down and you can see the items that person liked from your closet and click on the add to bundle icon below the item .
