dedegrenfell hi, I tried that but the prompt will not let me go further once I select the "order not as Described" ... says something about a 72 hour window...? has that time expired ? so I am at a stand still on what to do ? because poshmark wont allow me to process the return . thanks let me know next step

bostonprana @dedegrenfell Good morning!! Have you tried processing the return through Poshmark again? That is the only way I know to return an item. It should let you select the reason for return.

dedegrenfell Hey there ,, yes I tried that multiple times and would not let me select reason why.. the prompt stopped at order status "delivered" . Maybe i can return to you and you could send check or something. Im' heading camping for 10 days so will follow up when return home .. thanks
