Hi there!! I am so so so sorry you are not happy with the shoes. I so wish you had said something in the 3 day period that posh mark gives you to return and not be happy with your purchase. I wore them on three runs to try to make the bigger size work, hence the bottom being dirty, like all resold shoes? That would be brand new in box labeling.

Additionally, if you were expecting brand new condition, from a one short sentence description of mine that does not say brand new, I would have asked questions before buying considering they were 40%+ percent off original price. The pictures are exactly what the shoes are. I literally sat them there and took photos.

I have a picture of them boxed up the way I sent them to you and they are pretty darn white and clean. Additionally, I would never try to mislead someone if you see on my page I have other shoes that have been worn with wear for super cheap, I genuinely felt as if these shoes were in excellent condition.

I’m not looking for an updated rating, I just am a caring person and upset that you were not happy, but I guess you were somewhat happy if you kept them. I am sure poshmark can help you/us in someway and I am willing to do the return after the 3 days if they let us!

@jbh_50 @jbh_50 I just got back from a multi day river rafting trip, so I was not home when the package was delivered, which is why I did not have the opportunity within that 3 day window so as soon as I got home and saw the shoes, I got on poshmark and saw it was too late to decline.

@jbh_50 @jbh_50 The rating and complaint to poshmark is simply to bring it to your attention that the shoes are not in excellent condition, there is black sooty/ dirt on both shoes all around them which should have been represented in the description. I’m aware they aren’t new but if you are charging the amount you did, white shoes should be clean and white and noted of scuffs. The amount of dinginess on the shoes definitely should warrant you representing that in the sale description.

@jbh_50 @jbh_50 In terms of physical appearance they are fine no tears ect but cleanliness absolutely not excellent condition. I’m not trying to be difficult but it’s frustrating to pay what I did for dingy/ dirty shoes and you really should have been noted it, excellent condition would also indicate clean or only a small amount of dirt, the dirt surrounds both shoes not only at the base but also near the laces is far from excellent condition.
