bam_theyorkie Hi, I bought your necklace . In your listing it said necklace , was it just the snowflake charm or with chain because the chain is not in the box you mailed. Just charm & pouch.

dragonfly6191 @pinkfox123 Yes, the chain was on it when I placed it in the pouch. Did you double check both sides of the pouch carefully? It’s very thin and may have just come of the charm during shipping and be hiding in the pouch somewhere. There is a liner that divides the pouches into 2 sections- perhaps it’s on the other side?

bam_theyorkie @dragonfly6191 I took the box apart & the pouch inside out , no chain. Wish if was wrapped in some bubble wrap or tissue paper. Bummer . I’ll just accept , nothing that can be done now ☹️
