italiage24 @jschroedz hi, thanks for your purchase!! i just got this email from poshmark & have never had this experience in selling.... are you located in the US? “we have processed their payment. Currently our shipping label system is experiencing delays. Your pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label will be automatically mailed to you when the service is available. You must use our shipping label when sending out your item.”

italiage24 @jschroedz i see, i think because you are in canada there are different instructions for shipping, so i have to wait until poshmark provides a label for me.

jschroedz @italiage24 no, that’s so strange! I’m actually mailing to my NY address and I can’t add the PO Box to the address on my profile that’s why I asked if you could just write that on the bag/box. I’ll message customer service and inquire!

italiage24 @jschroedz hi, i reached out to Poshmark Customer Service for you and they asked that you reach out to help them understand the issue with my shipment! i tried to explain that for some reason the did not deliver the shipment & its at the post office.... i dont understand why you wont be able to get it for a few weeks but please reach out to the customer service team!!
