If you were that unsatisfied with the purchase I could of just sent you another one. My apologies for the condition of the costume. I’m told the product is new and I buy in bulk. Every once in a while things slip there the cracks. And errors happen but would of definitely corrected the issue

@reese2436 I would have requested another, but my son tried it on the day of Halloween, and we didn't have a choice but to keep it and make due. I understand things slip through the cracks, but this one was a hot mess.
