visiblesoul Hi Jenna, I've been trying to communicate with an algorithm at Posh once I contacted them about returning the Camel Hair coat. They kept asking for photos of the problem, while I kept answering the problem is the MATERIAL itself and can't be captured in photo. You certainly saw my notes about hating this purchase, the coat is so prickly it's unwearable! I haven't heard from you. Do you stand by the things you sell? The best Sellers do! Please respond. However, the 3 day window for opening a case for return expired well over a week before you provided a rating a couple days ago or contacted me yesterday. Sales are final on Poshmark unless you open a case within 3 days of delivery. You can find more information about the return policy at Poshmark’s Support Center. I hope you understand.

visiblesoul @jenna_painter I know the policy. With all the shipping delays by the time it came I was very sick and could not drive to our Amazon hub to get all the late pkgs. I am sure you knew the coat was so scratchy and like needles and got rid of it without warning buyers. That's why you jumped at my offer. Shame on you for taking my $100 for an unwearable coat that I'd be embarrassed to sell.

visiblesoul I saw this same coat sold on Etsy. I bet you bought it then unloaded it on me when you realized it's impossible to touch let alone wear. I could feel the prickly fiber right through the trash bag you put it in before taking it out. I am so disappointed some Sellers care so little for others. There's NO WAY you didn't KNOW about this flaw.
