brightsummer15 @jennavines1 i didnt know where to comment but i was going to say fybromyalgia runs jn families i have 4 people in my family with it ... and i also havee rhematoid arthritis and bakers cysts behind my knees .... when i was younger when i try to run id alwys sprang my ankle. and sometimes my back gets so bad i cant even turn over in bed i told my dr it feels like ive been sawed in half at my hips

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 i used to get so much hate as a teenager and young adult because u cant see my disability i look comleatly normal and people would act like i was normal and want me to do stuff i couldnt and id get so sad because...of pain a lot of people dont understant what its like .

I have RA as well…I have a herniated disc in my lumbar region, also I have degenerative disc disease. Both of my aunt have fibro and RA. My mom somehow didn’t get any of it.

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 yea i have a buldge disk too in my t spine i think or lowe back because my lower back always spasums bad like i will bend over and cry if it happens and then i cant move but it hasnt happend in almost a year... and then with my knee sometimes it will lock up and swell up and i wont be able to walk but that hasnt happend in a long time too i always tell my mom i wish i knew what its like to feel normal it sucks to go through life with no energy

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 i commented on the ring picks .... and you dont have to do that for me but if u do id like for you to choose one so its special to me i commented on 3 i like and you can pick ... and if you want we can keep in touch from time to time and i hope youre pain shots work im gojng back to the dr that i got the epidurals from and im getting some pain shots .... you should try an epidural ive had 3 in the past 2 years it helps so much

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 i was unable to roll over in bed and tge epidural works for ablout 6 months to a year my last one was in april 2022 and i dont beed another one yet they dont hurt to get they offer anesthesia med but i did it without the anesthesia... lol i had to google how to spell anastesia , if u can please try an epidural u will thank me for talking u into it its the best of help ....

jennavines1 @brightsummer15 I’ve had multi on epidurals along with burning of nerves in my lower back, in my neck and I take a pharmacy full of meds. I’ll pick ya what I think you’ll like. Please do keep in touch

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 see they told me after my 3rd epidural thats when they start thinking about fusing the nerv or whatever but im scared ..... im so sorry ur going through this it makes us think why god put us here but i know there is worse off people .... than myself pain wise ...

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 yea i started to take hydrocodone early on and now im on methadone i dont like to share that info but its the truth just 40 mg a day what it does for me is gives me a bit of energy and numbs the pain a bit but i would not reccomend its so addicting... and not good for anyone .... i tryed cymbalta but didnt stay in it .... do u know of anything that might help with my pain i see a privetly owned dr that the only way people can even get theese kinds of meds theese days

brightsummer15 @jennavines1 oh also if u go to a chiropractor not to get popped or adjusted i dont and cant get cracked it messes my back up but she lays me on a table and my legs go up and down i think its called traction table and then she uses a deactivator hand held tool on me i dont go often its been over a year since i went because im always home i cant ever go anywhere i have to force myself ... i dont even grocery shop its sad

stephaniecummin again I apologize I raise a 3yr old a 5 yr old that's had open heart surgery and a 12yt old with an angry attitude.. good luck on medical there isn't much I can do about this

jennavines1 @stephaniecummin open heart surgery twice, one of those was pulmonary valve replacement, had cancer so had to have total hysterectomy, have another impending heart surgery for tricuspid leak. It is what it is.

stephaniecummin @jennavines1 good luck to u I'll be praying for u. I get it he had open heart surgery at 8wks old he had 4 major defects one of which was the valve that is supposed to open and shut its whetebur bllof turns from blue to red he still has murmurs, but hopefully we r ok now
