jennafromvienna @melissaswunsch when I sold it to you, it was brand new. I tested the charger before shipping it, and everything worked fine. You might be able to reach out to the company and tell them, that it stopped working after 9 months, and they might replace it for you. It’s worth a try.

jennafromvienna @melissaswunsch I don’t work for them, neither do I have a replacement for it. I sell vintage clothing, and happened to buy this one device in Europe at a spa event, and ended up never using it. So there’s no order number either. Maybe you can tell them, that you don’t have the receipt or order # anymore. I would tell them you bought it from them, not from me
