OMG I FOUND THE MOUSE🐀 SHOES!!!
When I had staples print the label they printed a previous one n I didnt even think to double check. How stupid of me....but I'm so excited I found them. Idk what to do now but contact support n get them to me n then to you! God is good!

I know it is crazy. But the one thing that kept me going was the fact of your little girl being disappointed and I couldn't have that. So I am still waiting for support to get back to me to figure out what to do. If you have any suggestions since you've been in this longer please let me know because I don't know the proper procedure if there is even one.

Good morning! I wanted to let you know the baby tutu and headband shipped on Aug. 14 and has been tracking ever since but there have been an increased amount of delays for a variety of packages in the past 3 to 4 weeks. All of my priority mail used to arrive within 4 days but lately, some packages have taken a week or more. 🤦🏻♀️ I have no idea why. But I wanted you to know it has been shipped and is on its way.

@mcrjenplath I went by the post office today to inquire and they informed me that mail is severely backed up at the Opa Locka distribution facility in Florida and delays are expected. The gentleman at the counter seemed confident it would start tracking soon and said other customers have been expressing similar concerns. This whole mail situation makes me nervous, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. So sorry for the delay.
