Hi! I'm Jennell. One thing about me is that I'm not going to sell you something used, and I said it's new. If it's used, it will say just that, but if it's New, it's New. That's not what I do, and that's just dirty, but some people will try to make you look bad with their RATING, but you're not hurting me. If there's a problem, don't accept the item and then complain about it, that's why you inspected it FIRST. I ship items the same day before 5 pm, after 5 pm I ship the next day. once I drop it off, I can't make the post office ship it faster. That's not my mistake it's the POST OFFICE.

sandybay805 Hi If you found the MK bag to be "defective", you should have, and could have returned it. There was nothing wrong with the bag. I indicated in the listing that it had minimal signs of wear, as it was previously owned. The photos showed that. Your 4 star rating hurts my overall 5 star seller rating, which I take seriously.

We are paying for Priority Mail, 2 day shipping, and we are not getting that. I'm sure they will get there, they apparently have to take the extra long scenic route 🙄 If by chance you don't get them, Poshmark will refund your money, they'll make it though. I apologize again for the mail delay 💚
