Hi. I just ordered the sandals from you and the box came empty. Just your card was inside. My mailman knocked on our door to inform us that the box seemed to be empty. Have you had a problem with this in the past? There was an opening on the side that wasn’t taped.

@flsuesun Oh my goodness! I’m so sorry! I’ve never had that happen before. I’ll check with the post office here, but I doubt there’s anything they can do. I thought I taped all sides of the box.
I’m not sure what I need to do to make sure you get your money back. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience!

I’m pretty sure someone stole the shoes. So sad that things like this happen. I don’t mind paying for them. What does Poshmark do in situations like this? I hate that you won’t get paid. I can tell my the comments left on your page that you’re not a scammer.

@flsuesun It is sad that things like this happen. I don’t know how Poshmark handles it, but I certainly don’t want you to pay for sandals you never received. It’s really not a problem, I’ll see if I can figure out how to refund your money. Thx for letting me know!

@flsuesun I tried to cancel the order but I’m not able to now that it’s shipped. So I sent a message to poshmark’s customer service, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear something back.

@flsuesun I received a reply from customer service and they said there’s no way for me to process a return as a seller. They gave me instructions on how you as the buyer can request a refund. I’m so sorry I couldn’t process it for you, but please submit the request so you don’t have to pay for an item you didn’t receive!

2. Select 'My Purchases'
3. Select the relevant order
4. Select 'Problems/Order Inquiry'
5. Select 'Order Not as Described'
6. Select the reason for the return
7. Take a few photos of the issue and enter a description of the problem
