pholbrook13 Hello, your package is heavier than shipping label but not over 5lb do you know what I should do? Poshmark say new label for over 5lb but package is under. The label they sent was only for 14.9 oz. when I go to get heavier label it says over 5lb

I didn't even know I'd received because it is still showing awaiting shipment on my end. And for that reason I cannot cancel or submit problem with order. It says I have to wait for item to be shipped to do so. Therefore I sent email to Poshmark because I don't know what else to do .
