I'm still waiting for the status to change because it should say received by PO This morning so if it doesn't adjust I'll call to find out why they haven't checking my packages

maragraham Hi Jennie, I had to open a ticket on my purchase. I'm hoping you have the cord for the night light. Also, when you put the sticker on the box it added another $10.45 charge that the mailman had to collect for me to get the shipment.

I use these stickers all the time and have never had any of my packages charged extra. I have no problem with a return of the items but I don’t have the light for the precious moment. I had a friend that did purchase off another site before and a similar thing happened to her and she said that the site just canceled the transaction so she got reimbursed and kept the item and the seller still got paid but that’s probably because her transaction was all under 10.00. maragraham @jen_jo The only thing I can think of is not accept the sale and return an empty box to complete the return. In that case, you loose the $12 for the purchase and the items. Not sure it's completely fair to you. If I purchase something else then I still incur additional cost for shipping. Idk.
