nancy_kuy Hi! I’m so sorry you weren’t happy with the purse. I wasn’t aware the handles were smashed or that there were other markings on the purse. As far as the packaging, I tend to recycle boxes from items I purchased in the past to save the environment. I didn’t know there were brochures or a pair of glasses in the box.
