jenniemacauley @alohakarma I used 925 silver polish with a chamois cloth very gently. I use it on my other Tiffany necklaces. The necklace arrived tarnished; not the trademark Tiffany. The chain broke in my hand as an unstable box-chain link came undone. Absolutely no harm came to your items. Why would I want to damage something that I was dying to wear and show off? I am disappointed that you feel the need to slander me. My purchase and intentions of acquiring a beautiful piece were pure.

alohakarma @jenniemacauley well I don’t understand how the silver polish I used shined it right up and how a box chain that I have worn for years - one of the strongest forms of chain there is - could fall apart in your hand - or how a piece that is stamped Tiffany could not be Tiffany but I wish you well anyway.

jenniemacauley @carhansen Do you go by different names on Poshmark? I bought a silver Tiffany necklace from this account and it was in terrible shape and I had to return it, disappointed. Also, the slippers have sherpa lining, but they are moldy. Just FYI.

carhansen @jenniemacauley I think getting return label is best. I'll definitely ensure you recieve refund as the other buyer snapped photos ov huge rips in shirt ;( I'm beyond disappointed. I have had a great track record on Poshmark & have never compromised information. I'm so sorry this happened. thank you for understanding.

I only have this one. likewise, I've never sold jewelry. is other account listed as car hansen? and according to tory burch label its fur inside.. and i dont think mold (that I'm aware of) just over worn. (I definitely made sure buyer knew these were over loved!)

I wish Poshmark would have just sent label back and credited item as requested in my email. there were pictures from the other buyer of rips (which I mentioned to you in the notes). when they placed dispute. I'm very transparent in my listings. I dont know how the items were damaged, but this is less than desired resolution. Again, my apologies for experience.
