roarwoman why did you only give me only 4*??? it was brand new with tags.....you shouldn't give any rating if not 5 * for something brand new unless there are actual issues?? that is very disappointing and aggravating to give you such a huge discount and not get 5* for a brand new coat!!

roarwoman I just read your review and you marked that I could improve on everything??? item description??....I used Max wording to describe the item packing?...I gift wrapped and protected..... A Coat! shipping??....I sent within 24 hours cleanliness??????.....It was brand New! Communication....I thanked you for your purchase before I even sent it....

roarwoman I think you need to look at what your expectations are in order to give someone a 5* when they bend over backwards for you to make you feel special and get what you ordered in an expeditious manner and spend extra money to wrap things in order for the presentation to wow you when received....

brantley2020 I don't understand, I could have sworn that I did give you a 5!! I will try to figure out how to change it!!! I absolutely loved the coat!!! I am sorry that I didn't see your message sooner!! If you know the steps I need to take to fix, please let me know. I am new to poshmark and will have to research it. I really would not have upset you for anything!!!!!

brantley2020 HI, I know its not your fault. The postal service is having some major problems right now!!!
