jenniehorner11 Thank you! I have a question. Everytime someone buys a bundle that weighs more than 5 pounds- I seem to be the one that pays for the additional shipping- not the customer? How do you eliminate bundles?

hsboehle @jenniehorner11 Unfortunately you do have to pay the additional shipping, BUT Poshmark now offers the option to order additional labels instead of just extra weight… so if it’s a single item over 5 lbs, you are stuck with getting a heavier weight label, but if it’s multiple items you can split it into multiple boxes and just buy an additional shipping label.

hsboehle @jenniehorner11 So, instead of paying for 8 lbs in 1 box, you can save money by splitting it into two boxes and just buying the additional label for $6.50 (or whatever standard shipping is) that will cover up to another 5 lbs. and you can get multiple additional labels as needed!

hsboehle @jenniehorner11 Yes, you would pack in two separate boxes and yes, you have to pay the additional shipping. Typically if I get a bundle that I expect will be over 10 pounds I make my offer a little higher than I would otherwise to help offset the cost of the extra shipping.
