jflittlequail @feeley718 hi Jennifer. Your order from posh, Kate spade pointy toe flats have been at destination for some time and my info says there is no safe place to deliver. Have you moved, or some other difficulty? Please go to Post office to get your package as they say it's undeliverable . So sorry if you have a problem or if there is mixup if some kind

I strive to do my best and wonder what your unhappy about. Please let me know as I wish to make things right with you. I worried a lot about the sale because it took so long to get them delivered. feeley718 @jflittlequail My apologies if you are offended. The shipment never went to my home which is odd since I have ordered from Posh and deliveries come safely to my home. When I got the box. It appears it was left somewhere and was soaking wet. These shoes were a gift - so I had to take the shoes to a dry cleaner and waited for a week to have them salvaged. I'll modify my my rating but ultimately not a good purchase.

jflittlequail @feeley718 I'm really sorry that your not satisfied and do appreciate your changing the rating. For almost 2 weeks I checked tracking and they kept saying there was no safe location to leave the delivery. We're the shoes water damaged ? Thanks again.
