jenniferj575 @smonik25 - oh no! I sent them to the mailing label Poshmark sent me. Have you contacted Poshmark directly? I'll try that and see what they tell me to do. Hopefully we can get this resolved.

jenniferj575 @smonik25 - I just sent Poshmark an email and I want to ensure I'm clear. Is the problem that you believe I've sent the package to the wrong location / meaning I messed up and put the wrong label on your package? I'm assuming that's the issue. I've made an inquiry and I'll repost back.

smonik25 The usps tracking says it went to a post office in Texas. Have they sent u a response on how to resolve?

jenniferj575 I show its still in transit and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. For whatever reason...this has happened with several of my orders recently... Packages sit at the north Houston post office for two days before moving on to their intended destination. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with my part of town or what the deal is / I have complained before. I'm so sorry for the delay. I'll see what progress it's made in the morning - which hopefully usps has updated its site.

jenniferj575 @smonik25 - no response yet from Poshmark. Hoping your package arrives tomorrow. Regardless, I'll follow up with Poshmark after checking with usps and see what I can do to refund you if it's not delivered.

jenniferj575 @smonik25 - I checked the usps site this am and it's still not updated. I will call them later in the morning and see what the delay is / this seems to be the issue as I double checked and the earrings were labeled correctly and are being sent to you. Unfortunately I can't make them deliver any faster. What I can do is offer you a refund if they don't arrive in the next 24 hours. Hopefully the site updates soon and your earrings arrive today. Thanks.

I've been checking and there doesn't seem to be any movement on the package which is ridiculous as another package I mailed the same day has arrived and already been rated. Let me know if you receive it today and if not, I'll begin the process of going through Poshmark for a refund issue. I've never had this happen - a package just not show up. Thanks again.
