kelli_iddings Hello, the hiking backpack was delivered this afternoon but sent back to usps because an additional $41 was requested for postage in order for me to take it. I read that if additional postage was required, it is most likely because it was shipped improperly. I don’t know how else to contact you! I ordered this for a trip I’m taking in the 9th...

jhawkinson7 @kelli_iddings shoot!! I put in the smallest box it would fit in with the back support. The post office told me it was good to go when I sent it out 🙄 I wonder what they do with it at this point?? Sorry that they wouldn’t deliver it! I can contact Poshmark and ask how that’s handled.

kelli_iddings @jhawkinson7 thanks for getting back to me. it’s not that they wouldn’t deliver it, i just have to pay $41 and I can’t afford that right now. Kind of defeats the purpose of using Poshmark :) They said they’d hold it at the post office near me, but if I don’t pick it up, it will be returned to you. Then you could fix the package. But that stinks because it won’t be back here in time! If you have any other ideas let me know.

jhawkinson7 @kelli_iddings yeah, that is insane! It’s not worth it at that point. I’m so sorry it didn’t work out. I even double checked that the Poshmark shipping label was sufficient at the post office since it had to be a big box to fit. Disappointed that they let it go if it wouldn’t get to you!
