palaminodee Jennifer I just sold my Dansko shoes to you and my husband was polishing them up prior to me mailing them out to you and a part of the stitching just separated on the shoe! I am so sorry, the shoes were hardly worn, I cannot believe it! I just sent an email to customer service to refund your payment. Again, a huge apology, I am so sorry this happened!!

dianeh36 Hi Jennifer. I wanted to let you know that I tried to mail your dress out yesterday and when I walked to our post office near where I worked it was closed up for good. I guess they moved to another location and shut this office down. So, I had to put the package in a blue mail box (which I don't like to do) on my way home. Hopefully, it will go out this afternoon.
