jenn2therawr @mewlie as a buyer you have posh support. as a seller I haven't had an issue but photo proof if you're uncomfortable is best. photo packaging. photo of the label on package etc. && tracking updates auto on posh. after 3 days it auto releases payment unless a buyer reports an issue.
