nybor1108 Bello i just left the post office to check on the package again and they printed me up a tracking and it stated it was delivered to your house on the 12th at 1:08 p.m. maybe you should check the neighbors because your package is somewhere your house all your neighbors that's the only thing the post office could think of if they delivered it to the wrong house

nybor1108 Hello there this is Robin the one who sold you the 2 dress shirts I talked to the post office here in a very thorough check & talk to your Postman he stated that you have a mailbox that each individual person has a key & then this one parcel delivery box that he puts all the of packages in & then he puts a key in your mailbox so you can open up the parcel box so he believes it's still sitting in the parcell Box could you please get back to me today to let me know if you do find it

jstricklan @nybor1108 I have not received a key in my box to collect any packages. I got an email from poshmark stating they refunded me the money and paid you the seller for the items since it was lost. I will contact my postmaster and ask about my package and see if they could find it. I live in a neighborhood of over 200 houses with a central mailbox so he could've put it in the wrong box but apparently my neighbors are not very honest since I have never received it.

nybor1108 @jstricklan your mail man stated he put it in the parcel box in the central location he may have forgot to leave you the key but he can get it out for you if you see him or go to post office to request they pick it up for you to get

nybor1108 @jstricklan the tracking number does not track anymore since it's been delivered the post office has a way a special software program I guess to be able to track exactly how it was delivered it was delivered at that main post box and they can tell that by GPS location they then called your post office and your Postman said he put it in the parcel box

nybor1108 @jstricklan yeah you never received the package so Poshmark didn't take your money I on the other hand have to prove to them that I did mail it so I had to go to the post office and do all that tracking info for them and contact your post office so I did that so hopefully they'll give me my money as well thank you for getting back to me hopefully one of your neighbors will come forward or you'll find it in the parcel box

jstricklan @nybor1108 I spoke to my postmaster personally today and they said without a tracking number there is no way to prove the item was delivered. I also called my mail man directly and he said he hasn't delivered any packages for me since this month.Can you provide the tracking number. He said they keep that on file for 100 days regardless of delivery status. Without that there is absolutely no way he can state or find anything delivered to my box. Thank you.

jstricklan @nybor1108 ok. I got a hold of the post master again. The tracking number you gave me did get delivered to mailbox in Smithfield Rhode Island on June 8 at 11:01am. I live in Palmer Alaska. So not sure who you talked to that told you they delivered the package for that tracking number but it clearly shows it was delivered to Rhode Island. You can even see that on USPS.com

nybor1108 @jstricklan thanks for going out of your way thats my address it shows a delivery at website to me instead of a shipping but when i went to ppst office for an official tracki g it shows palmer alaske verified by gps the website is incorrect because the post master scanned it wrong from tje very first scan, so im told. At this poi t im just going to give up its no biggie you have a nice day and thanks for checking.

nybor1108 the post master called me today they said you opened a case im not sure what the deal is as you did get reimbursed correct i hope so. They are further investigating it as it clearly shows delivery to palmer on 6/12 at 1:25 the scanner that scanned it was #96454006. palmer po needs to look at the tracking in its entirety as the web site doesnt provide up to date info as the PM who called me stated,

nybor1108 @jstricklan ok well because you put the claim it seems you get reimbursed again so i gave them the information that you already got reimbursed by Poshmark and that I'm the one who should get reimbursed they contacted my post office who gave him all the back tracking information the postmaster stated to me the investigation should be wrapped up by the 29th but you were the first contact person so just let me know

jstricklan @nybor1108 ok wasn't my intention to get reimbursed. We have a huge problem as of late with packages going missing or undelivered apparently so they urged me to open the case. I hope you get reimbursed since I opened the case. If I do get reimbursed by the post office versus getting the package I am happy to send you the purchase price if you provide me with your address.

nybor1108 @jstricklan thanks so much thats awful about your mail its a shame that either someone else is taking the parcels or its sitting lost in post office. The usps wonders why nobody wants to use them you pay 6.99 & the do t deliver & they are so carefree about it if i did my jib that way i would get fired. They say the investigation will have a resolution by 6/29 so they will be calling you soon i really hope they find it for you they really are georgeous. Anyway thank you & keep in touch

nybor1108 @jstricklan hello I just got off the phone with Rick Smith the postmaster in Palmer he tracked the package to your mailbox he has a picture of the mailman putting it in your mailbox by GPS coordinates so I'm not sure what happened. he's having the post man go back out to your box today to check if it's somewhere in the parcel box & then he'll call me to give me that information & hopefully I can resolve this. thank you so much for your help if you hear anything you can just pass it on to me

nybor1108 @jstricklan well rick smith called me again last night they rechecked every postal box and no luck so the postman wouldnt say who else got a key so someone did take your package i am.sorry you have the problem you should request the post office to hold your mail if you receive packages in the future so you get them. He is sending me the findings for poshmark so thank you & i hope you can get better improvements as well.with your claim
