mommyblueeyes18 I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. I'm not sure why the cover smelled like smoke for I washed the item and we DO NOT smoke. As to the wear of the item I felt that it was almost like new. If you are not happy with what you received you may open up a return case and I will accept your request as long as the item is returned in the condition I sent.
