jenrepac Merlin -- that's great you are looking for a dog. I work for an animal shelter and there are so many cute, wonderful, and affordable dogs (pre vaccinated and spayed/neutered) who desperately need homes in NYC. Huskies are gorgeous dogs, but are quite a handful and not great for apartments or hot environments and need a ton of exercise. I know it is your choice, but I encourage you to consider adoption:) good luck
