@anitasantics thanks! I googled it and tried emailing their support but that email is no longer in use. My gym friend told me to get with our owner and she can fix it. She had the same issue.

@jcardin sent msg to MYZONE support on fb and tried various other things but seems no one can help until Monday. I sold this for my neighbor lady and she is older and has no memory of her login info. She can contact her gym on Monday as well. In other words, you may beat me to it. So sorry for the inconvenience. Had I known it needed to be deregistered I would have had it done prior to sale. 😣
