sjssy Hi Jennifer this is Denise I received my LV bucket I was excited but the only thing that did not show on your picture where the strap has the little rivet is pulled away from that and it's very sharp and does not hold the strap like the rest of them. Not sure what to do about it cuz I'm concerned it's just going to get worse. Do you have any suggestions for me? Other than that everything is as you said. I will wait to hear from you. sjssy Hey Jennifer it's not the strap it's where the strap attaches with the rivet it has separated from the actual bag. So when you look at the strap where it's held together that's where it has come apart I hope I'm describing it better. Thanks
