tracymf You have changed your rating for my item 3 times. You gave me 5 stars, then 4, now 3 stars? I find this very offensive since the item was clearly pictured and as described.

jennafour @tracymf and I apologize for the first rating. I meant to give a four but as the morning progressed and I had others look at the wallet I decided to change it to a three. The pictures of the wallet are misleading. What I thought was tan in the picture looks to be a shard of green. I apologize if this upsets you but I was excited to get what I saw in the pictures and was a tad upset to see what it actually looks like.

tracymf @jennafour Pictures are pictures and my description says it is black and purple and there is nowhere in my description that states tan. If you had a question about the color you should’ve asked instead of bringing down my rating. This does not look good for you as a buyer to rate someone low when the item was 100% as described. I’m sorry the item wasn’t as you expected.

jennafour @tracymf I’m sorry you feel that way. I said cleanliness because of the color differences. I wasn’t sure what category that went under. It seems that this item was used once but was kept somewhere that would affect the colors. If you feel like you must report me then do so. I will deal with whatever they decide to do.
