gatorman561 Hi- I recently placed an order from you, and the package arrived but had been ripped open and was empty. I’ve contacted Poshmark support but have not heard back from them. I have no idea how this happened, but I am awaiting resolution. If you have any information regarding this issue please let me know. Thanks!

rosiejohnson77 @gatorman561 Hi, wow! I’m very sorry to hear this. I had this happen to me at Christmas with a purchase I had made on Poshmark. I received a damaged envelope that was ripped with nothing in it. I contacted Poshmark as you have and they refunded my payment. They should do the same for you. I can tell you Usps is no help at all. They don’t care. Please let me know when it’s resolved as I’m not able to refund your money. Again I apologize. Mike

danisradio Hi, I ordered a pair of Hylete shorts from you. The description says “waistband just needs to be pulled through”. I’ve discovered that Hylete has a proprietary drawstring that sews onto the shorts so there is no repairing them. Most people would be upset about paying for a product that is deceptive in description. Me? I just want to know if you bought these from Hylete so I can try a warranty claim. Did you? If so, can I have the email address you used?

dcarde91 Thanks for your offer on the Arcteryx jacket. It sells brand new for $300 and the jacket is hardly used. I lost a whole bunch of weight recently and only reason I’m selling it. I’m already losing so much at the current price. If the counter is accepted, I can even have it mailed out tmrw as an added bonus. Thanks for your consideration :)
