billiehenry1 Hello, I am new to Poshmark. I ordered the torrid olive green joggers from you on December 11. I've had a lot of problems with my password and getting logged in to review the order status. There's no contact phone number for poshmark and they aren't responding to my emails. I tried again today and was able to get in with a different username, but same email address. Weird! Anyway, the order screen is showing me "Problems/Order Inquiry" in order status.

billiehenry1 it won't let me post the rest of my message as it this is I'm trying to sell outside poshmark. I really just want to know you got my order, got paid, and that the joggers are coming. sorry to be shirt but the system won't let me explain myself further. so sorry! :(

stdjal16 @billiehenry1 Hi!!! Poshmark didn’t notify me that you purchased. It’s so acting so weird! It shows sold, and I will print the label and mail them out this afternoon. When you get them, you have to accept them and then I will get paid. I am so glad you messaged me!!!!!Congrats on your first purchase!!

billiehenry1 @stdjal16 I am so glad you explained that to me!!! thank you so much! I don't know how I feel about all of this. My bank account shows that $ went to poshmark. I guess I just assumed it went to you. And it makes me kind of nervous that they aren't responding to me via email and there's no phone number I can find. I will make sure to mark that I received it once they get here. I really do appreciate you helping me out. I am obviously a newbie. ;)

stdjal16 @billiehenry1 It seemed weird to me the first time I bought something too. I guess Posh holds the funds until you receive it. I didn’t realize that and they had to send me a reminder. I’ve gotten some really neat stuff on Poshmark.

billiehenry1 @stdjal16 well hopefully it's smoother from now on. I'm just glad I could get logged in. I read a bunch of articles about difficulty recovering log in info. I have been looking for those specific joggers for a few weeks. my daughter is hard to buy for and I knew she wanted those specific pants. I was so happy to find them! Hopefully they get here before Christmas! I look forward to future "shopping around". :)
