annanadianysz Hi Jenn, I noticed you brought up a case in the item you've bought from me. The crack in the packaging never caused the lipstick to come out in my case and if you want to send it back you may for refund. I have never had this issue so I am unaware on how to progress but willing to work with you to sort this out -Anna
